When you upload a document — a bank statement, insurance policy, or government letter — we use natural language processing (powered by OpenAI) to identify the accounts, institutions, policy numbers, and beneficiaries inside it. This means you don't have to type anything manually; the important details are extracted automatically.
Personalized Action Plans
Based on what we find in your documents, we generate a step-by-step action plan tailored to your specific situation. Each task tells you who to contact, what to say, and what documents you'll need. Tasks are ordered by priority and dependency — so you always know what to do next.
Auto-Drafted Letters
For each institution that needs to be notified, we draft a letter pre-filled with the decedent's details, account numbers, and your information as executor. You review, edit if needed, and send — by email, PDF download, or copy-paste.
Privacy & Data Handling
Document text is processed by OpenAI for entity extraction. No document contents are used for model training. Your estate data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in a secure database, and accessible only to you. You can permanently delete everything from the Settings tab at any time.
